3. Systematic reviews and well-designed condition-specific human trials
4. Clinic or manufacturer materials used only to document the exact claim being evaluated

How claims are handled

We separate established guidance, research findings, practical reader steps, and unknowns. A seller, organization, or press release may document what that party says; it does not independently prove the claim.

Freshness

Health, safety, legal, regulatory, and school-policy information can change. Pages should show a review date and be checked again when guidance or the underlying evidence changes.

What we never invent

We do not invent hands-on testing, credentials, interviews, institutional affiliations, quotations, study results, or personal outcomes.
